Water is not cold

· Please check if the green light is on, on the front panel. Otherwise, check if your power supply is in place or any damaged wires are.
· You may have this symptom if full amount of cold water was consumed before you. For example, if 2 liters of cold water was dispensed at once, you need to wait at least 30 minutes to have next cups of cold water.
· Please check if the baffle is in place, otherwise cold water will not be made.
· The condenser(black steel grills on the back) has to be properly ventilated to run cooling cycle efficiently. Relocate the product at least 10 centimeter away from the wall, and, if necessary, vacuum the dust off from the condenser using soft brush. Make sure you unplug the power cord in advance.
· If you have done measurements above and symptoms have not improve, adjust the cold water thermostat to lower the temperature setting, by turning the knob clockwise with a flat-headed screw driver.

Water is not hot

· Please check if the red light is on, on the front panel. Otherwise, turn on the heater by switching on at the back of the product.
· You may have this symptom if full amount of hot water was consumed before you. For example, if 2 liters of hot water was dispensed, you need to wait at least 20 minutes to have next cups of hot water.
· The temperature cut-off may be tripped. This frequently happens normally during first installation or cleaning process, and this mechanism minimizes damage on hot water tank where the heater is on while the tank is not full of water. In this case, please refer to the instruction below to reset the tripped switch.

I would like to turn the heater off

· You may switch the red tumbler switch(on the back of the cooler) to off position to turn off the heater, and the red light on the front indicating hot water is on will go off, too.
· However, please be advised that, since the water in this condition is not recommended for drinking clean water when the heater has been off at least a few weeks, we recommend you to turn the heater on from time to time to maintain cleanliness of hot water tank.

Water leaks from the product

· If water drips from the top of the product, the leaks in most case stem from cracks on the bottle(though this crack is invisible with bare eye). In this case, unload the cracked bottle, dispense about 2 liters from the cold water faucet and load the new bottle.
· Under the condition where the daily temperature difference exceed 30 Celsius degree(normally winter season in a under-insulated place), expanded air in the bottle pushes water above the reservoir and result in leaks on the top. In this case, relocate the product to the place where daily temperature difference is not high.
· If water dribbles from the faucet on the front or drain cap on the back, the screw may come loose or threads on it may be worn. You may replace them easily referring to User's Manual.

Water is not dispensed from the faucet

· When the bottle gets empty, hot water does not dispense at once, so please replace the bottle immediately.

· If the ice ring presents excessively in the cold water tank, it may prevent water flow from flowing well. In this case, adjust the cold water thermostat on the back of the product to high temperature by turning the knob counter-clockwise with a flat-headed screw driver.

 · Air Check-valve inside the air filter may be wet and stick to the surface, prohibiting the air inflow and water outflow consequently. In this case, (when it's wet, dry the air filter first) shake the air filter a couple of times to seat air check-valve in place and reassemble to NSK.

I hear buzzing sound

This is sound of compressor running for cooling cycle. Refrigerators have very similar compressors as it does, and, compared to the refrigerator, it has much smaller size and quiter noise compressor.

I hear "Zzi-Zzi" sound often

It seems to be vibration noise with adjacent object. Move the adjacent object away from the product, and, if surface of the bottom not flat, relocate the product on a flat ground.

It sounds fluid flowing

This is sound of refrigerant flowing in the cooling cycle only heard when the compressor starts or stops running. Since this is the normal sound of this kind of refrigerating appliance, please rest assured that it is never something wrong.

The faucet on the front has been broken

Faucets are designed to be replaced simply, so you may purchase this part from the seller and replace with new one.

The probe in Non spill kit on top of the product has been broken

NSK(Non spill kit) is designed to be replaced simply, so you may purchase this part from the seller and replace with new one.

It smells burnt

The products are equipped with high temperature cut-off and electrical fuse so that it may eliminate the damage to the user's property, health and life. If you smell something burnt or burning, be sure to shut off the mains immediately and contact the seller you have purchased the product.

It seems to be running minute electric current

Unless the earth wire at the mains outlet is in place, minute electric current may present on the surface of the steel chassis. Please make sure that its power cord is plugged to the grounded outlet.

How much electricity does it use?

It depends mainly on consumption, but, for normal household of 4 family members, Hot & Cold model may electricity around 35kWh per month. (8 liter cold water, 5 liter hot water per day, 30days/month)

The circuit breaker trips often

It may happen when electric appliance are used simultaneously especially which are equipped with heating elements such as Electric kettle, electric oven, dish washer, rice cooker or electric iron. Disconnect power source for a few minutes, and connect power again. If this problem persists, please consult with your seller that you have purchased the product.

Power went off all at once

Check if the power plug is connected to the outlet socket in a proper manner. Connect the power plug to the other outlet to see whether the mains are working fine. If all these measures are ineffective, please contact to the seller you have purchased the product.

I will not use the product for a long period time
